Creative Minds in Song, a ground-breaking social project pioneered by Song in the City, explores the deep link between mental illness and creativity.

Outstanding singers and repetiteurs from the first year of Guildhall School's Opera course perform classical and contemporary operatic excerpts with piano accompaniment. Repertoire to be announced.

Devised and led by Eugene Asti, this concert features the poetry of Friedrich Rückert in settings by composers including Schubert, Schumann and Mahler.

In a creative life spanning less than 20 years, Schubert wrote over 600 songs—a musical treasure trove that is as diverse as it is inexhaustible. The Pierre Boulez Saal’s Schubert Week, curated by Thomas Hampson, once again unites a group of veteran and up- and-coming artists to explore a selection of these works, together with compositions by Schubert’s contemporaries.
